Spa

We ask that you arrive 15 - 20 minutes before your scheduled treatment time, so you can complete our consultation form and begin your relaxation experience.

Bridgewood Manor reserves the right to alter your treatment times if necessary, however, you will be made aware of this prior to your arrival via mobile or email.

Spa days can arrive from 10am on Mon-Sat, 9am Sun.

Spa lunch is served between 12:30 pm- 3pm. Please let us know of any allergies before arrival.

Please note that all treatment times include a consultation and aftercare advice.

We request that mobile phones and tablets are kept on silent or switched off in the treatment rooms and not to be used during your treatment and not to be used on poolside. No photography is permitted in the changing areas and/or on the poolside.

You may be required to remove jewellery for treatments; we advise that you choose to leave jewellery at home. Bridgewood manor hotel will not be liable, under any circumstances for damage, or consequential loss caused, to our customer's property.

Products

If you have any issues with the products purchased then please contact our spa team directly quoting your name and order number. We will do our best to resolve any issues.

Rooms

Check in time is from 3pm and check out is by 11am; with full access of the leisure facilities during these time.

The bar and lounge are public areas, therefore guest are welcome to use these facilities at any time. Drinks, Afternoon Tea and bar food is available.
