Jojoba Oil – Carrier oil ideal for all skin types, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. Thistle Oil – Particularly high in omega 3 and 6 essential fatty acids. Instructions for use

Massage into skin in firm, upward movements towards the heart focussing on areas prone to sluggishness or poor circulation. This oil is best used in the morning after showering or bathing.
